People often question if online hypnotherapy can match an in-person session. That’s perfectly understandable – especially when many people imagine that they must need to be in the same room as their hypnotherapist in order for solution-focused hypnotherapy to work.
From the very first time I offered online hypnotherapy – long before Covid made it the norm – I felt confident that the outcome would be the same as with in-person sessions.
That’s because there’s no physical interaction between myself and the client during a face-to-face session. Nor should there ever be during hypnotherapy.

In terms of my own credentials, I completed more than 1,000 hours of training before starting as a hypnotherapist a decade ago, and since then I have successfully treated in excess of 5,000 people.

The first thing we’ll do is have a complimentary exploratory phone call, lasting up to 20 minutes.

Over the course of your 90-minute session, you will feel calm and in control, and during my online hypnosis work I’ll use a combination of the most effective modern and classic hypnotherapeutic tools and techniques.
